  : A/C did not work well @ all, contacted front desk, they sent up maintenance. The gentleman opened up thee a/c unit, and it was full of dust, lint, and filter was caked with a half inch of stuff you should'nt be breathing. My wife has allergies, not a good first night.
  : reverse these two, you will get it.

  : We were given 3 pillows on a king size bed, their was no comforter and we were freezing with the AC off. Also, for a 245 dollar room, not having a microwave to reheat our food was upsetting. The bathroom door was not wiped down and had dirty prints all over it. Will not be staying in this hotel again. We also spend a ton of money on machines and couldn't find a cocktail server anywhere. We had to pay for several sets of drinks in order to be served. Very disappointing!

  : Location, plenty of free parking space.
  : Building under construction and there was a scaffolding set up around it. Consequently, all windows were covered with some plastic sheet blocking daylight and views. It felt like being in a dungeon! The room also smelled of cigarettes and there was a used band aid on the bed!

  : The staff was excellent at check in. Casino staff were attentive and provided prompt service. We were very happy to be able to have our dogs stay with us.
  : There was some sort of dirty liquid splashed on the back of the bathroom door. The shower had extensive water damage in the ceiling with paint and drywall cracked and falling into the shower. There was dust and dirt in the corners in the room and bathroom. In the light fixture above the bed, we could see shadows of some sort of objects or insects. The hallway carpets were filthy with crumbs and small pieces of trash in corners by each hotel entry door. The website said there is a place for dogs to relieve themselves on the 4th floor of the parking garage, but there was literally nowhere for our dogs to use the bathroom. We had to take them up the street and across a busy road to get a small patch of gravel and weeds.

  : I can say the manager did his best to make things work after the fact we waited all a day for our room that was never going to be available..
  : No one was at the desk the whole morning when we tried to check in we didn’t get anyway for 5 hours to find out they were going to have to move us to another hotel..
