  : There was no breakfast with this lodging. There was a restaurant downstairs but it did not open until 9 a.m. We ate there once. it was okay, a bit pricey for some eggs, but okay. We liked the location.
  : We unfortunately forgot 2 jackets hanging up in the closet. We checked out 8ish a.m. on July 2nd. We phoned at approx. 5 pm the same day. We talked to different people. Someone went up to the room and checked. The jackets were still there. I gave credit card info to Karina so the jackets could be sent. I tried today (7/10/24) to find out if they jackets had been sent. I kept getting switched to different people. I finally talked to someone in hskp. They said they could talk to their boss but did not know what number for me to call back. Any help in this matter would be appreciated. Added July 16th. Still waiting on the jackets. This is after being told on 7/12/2024 that they were taken to shipping and should have gone out. I do know it is our fault for missing them when checking out, but we have been trying for 2 weeks not to have them sent.

  : The steakhouse was amazing.
  : Housekeeping didn't clean our room. We had to go harass the front desk for towels and basics like toilet paper. Management was informed and unapologetic. HORRIBLE customer service.

  : 1. I has a light meal in the Brew Brothers restaurant on the Casino floor. The bill, with taxes and tip, came to $45. But when I checked out the next day, this meal was charged to my bill at $52.08. Somebody kited the charge! The desk clerk said he couldn't help. If this is standard procedure at Horseshoe Black Hawk, I'm not going back. 2. Understaffed! Check in required a 45-minute wait in line. One person at the front desk, with a line of waiting customers. 3. Same at check-out. One person working the desk and the phones. Check-out took 15 minutes, and the single clerk was back on the phone when I tried to ask him about the erroneous charge on my bill.

  : I didn’t realize it was going to be a Hotel casino.
  : There was a power outage when I checked in, so they wrote my credit card number down on paper. They charged my credit card so many times, for thousands of dollars it over drew the account. So I had overdraft fees. Then I had to get booking.com involved. Never offered to comp me or payback over draft fees.
