  : Given occupied room, walked in on someone laying in bed, front desk didn't know what happened. She kept saying, "it shows it is vacant and clean". It obviously was not. Then given a double queen when I reserved a King room, no king rooms available...

  : Always have enjoyed the convenience near softball complexes
  : 1. Our room had no trash can in the bathroom. I had to go ask for trash bags to put hygiene feminine products into, in the bathroom. I was told to just put them in the hallway. I said I don't think that's a good idea.2. Our keys WOULD not work after 1x entering our room, and spent more time running downstairs to get them corrected. Easily 15x throughout the weekend.3. There was MOLD on breakfast breads on 2 separate mornings. ( Banana bread & lemon loaf to be exact).4. I had to sign a waiver not to bring a pet. I understand that completely. Sunday morning at breakfast area, sat a 4 month old old boxer puppy right at the table in the dining area. I asked age & breed to verify.. Curious why that's allowed in a NO Pet hotel? Not a service dog either.5. Both of our queen beds had this awful squeak at any movement. 6. The pool area was full of garbage, no towels from night into next day. We left pool at 10pm Friday night, no towels. I understand that happens. There were clothes and trash all around the towel stand. Next day at 11am, still no towels, still same trash, and we had to go to the front desk again.. to ask for some towels for our daughter/ourselves. 7. We've stayed at your hotel for the last 4 years for the same weekend every summer for our daughters softball tournament McQuade's. We were very disappointed how this hotel is and has been getting run down more each summer since covid. I I was shocked when I got my credit card receipt at check-out. 500$ I could absolutely spend somewhere else next summer.

  : I usually stay here and usually like it but this time was a different story.
  : The shower head in our bathroom was broke, there was toilet paper hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom, hair on the bathroom floor, foot prints on the wall by the bed. Garbage and pizza on the floor by the elevator on the 3rd floor.

  : The water mess, moldy, stinky hallways, water turned off, over chlorinated pool

  : Hotel room smelled like a locker room, old man smell. I Don't know how to explain it but it stunk.

  : The hot tub and pool were nice. The guy trying to manage breakfast was trying to keep up and was nice.
  : Horrible lighting. Dirty tile floors throughout. I’m not even sure my room was clean as one bed didn’t have the top cover, there was a cup from the waffle maker on the counter in the room, coat hangers on door handles, and no bag in the closet for dirty laundry.
