  : The location in relation to our intended activities in Bismarck
  : The staff were not helpful at all. The room was very dirty. I wiped up a water spill on the floor with a white towel and the towel was black when I finished. There were no blankets on the bed. The entrance foyer smelled of urine.

  : I liked the court yard, yet is was dirty runned down and not mowed. There is alot of potential there if you could keep it up.
  : Front desk lady was rude and swearing alot. The one working the day shift was rude and swearing, I heard her with 3 other guests and talking to a coworker.The one working the night shift, there was two of them, a young lady and a gentlemen. Both were quiet and I feel instead of watching movies they could of been cleaning the lobby.The windows and mirrors were absolutely dirty, it doesn't take long to clean them up and still watch the front desk.The bartender was rude.We had left the hot tub to go to the bar and get a drink and order some food, my guest had his swim trunks on and a house coat and he was asked to leave, why?We are guest there, he had shoes on and was covered up. Should have not been a problem at all.The pool area is gross, dead bugs all over, hair in the drains and the floor has not been swept very days. The court yard door has not been cleaned for days.

  : The breakfast was good
  : No elevator! This made it difficult for my elderly mother to get upstairs, not to mention that out is in a room that was the furthest away from the lobby. They were unwilling to work with us to find something on the first floor or even something closer on the second floor.

  : The staff was very welcoming and great to work with throughout our trip. The pool was amazing and the kiddos enjoyed.
  : Being on the second floor and you not having an elevator. I have difficulty using stairs and with additional items in tow made it even more difficult.
