  : The manager answered the phone and told me i could come check in and when i arrived to the property he denied me a room after i had paid for it. Told me to go figure it out but since it was after midnight he refused to check us in. I called bookings and he refused to answer the phone for them also. Will never return or suggest this location. Im a health care professional and was stuck sleeping in my car for the night due to this

  : For the price point the room itself was just fine. I only wanted some basic accommodations since it was going to be a very short stay (check-in in 10 pm ish, check out 5:30 ish am)
  : When we arrived I was charged an extra $50 combined with my room charges and told I'd get a refund if I returned the key. I didn't appreciate that; they could have done so many other things - take an authorization, not a charge, have an addendum to the reg card indicating a $50 fee if the key wasn't returned etc. PLUS they WROTE DOWN my credit card number on the reg card "so we can do the refund on your key" NOT PCI COMPLIANT and unnecessary if they had done one of the other options. Then I'm like - what are you going to do with that when you are done? "oh, we'll shred it" but its written on their reg card and I know they are required to hold on to these for a specified period of time, so shred is not happening. But its late and I'm really tired and I just want to get some sleep. So, go to the room, kick off my shoes and then wonder why my socks are wet. Feel the carpet - wet. Its 10:30 at night. I call the desk - the carpet in here is really wet - do you have another room? "Oh, yes, we cleaned the carpet." OK, its still wet, do you have another room? "No, we're sold out. Turn up the heat!" Seriously?? Maybe they should have done this earlier so the carpet would actually be dry. That room should have been out of service - then I could have booked elsewhere. I laid towels on the carpet so I could have a halfway dry walk from bed to bathroom. It frustrated me and then I started having anxiety about my credit card and that was a bad nights sleep - all I really wanted was a good nights sleep and a shower in the morning.

  : Dated: an old fashioned key for entry. Bathroom smelled moldy once shower used. Missing a light bulb in bathroom. Shower curtain too long seeming unsanitary.

  : It was a fine stay, in that it was near where we wanted to be and the most economical of what was available (very short notice booking). Totally out of the control of the hotel, but our neighbours were very (very) noisy for much of the night (!) so we realised the rooms had very thin walls - a bit uncomfortable when travelling with two teenagers.
