  : Worst customer service Ive ever experience by far. Check in bordered on harassment and illegal. I tried to cancel but they charged me anyway. Asked for a cash deposit.

  : Initially the cost but they required a cash only deposit of 2x as much as the room. And did not know where the closest ATM was so I could get cash
  : The staff were rude and loud. Several times the receptionist shouted at me about the rules of the property. No smoking was repeated several times and I was told that I would not receive my deposit back if we smoked in the room. We agreed because we do not smoke but as soon as we got in the room- it smelled of smoke and marijauna. I went back to the front to tell them and they told me cancel the room. I asked them to just come to verify the smell so I wouldn't be held responsible. We stayed in the room. It was mostly clean. But the shower dripped water all night long making it difficult to sleep. There was also loud noises outside most of the night and lots of smoking smells

  : The pictures were not what we actually got for a room. The pictures online made the motel look nicer than it actually was, if the pictures were updated I would not have chosen to stay here.
