  : This is the second time I’ve stayed here as it’s close to Gibraltar Barracks. A very comfortable stay with friendly staff.

  : Breakfast was poor and lacking at 9:15am. I got told off by a member of staff for attempting to use a cup from a different coffee machine. There weren’t any cups next to the section where I was supposedly supposed to take them from.Waited a long time to take our order at breakfast.The room was fine but very dark and the lighting was poor. Even with all the lights on it was still dark. Finally I must have had nearly 15 messages via email or booking dot com trying to sell me this hotels dinners etc. The amount of communications was just too much trying to sell me stuff.

  : Lovely room, fantastic pub that was great to spend time in. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom with a really nice shower. Free secure parking and helpful staff.
  : Unfortunately not the fault of the venue necessarily, but we had incredibly loud people in the room next door. The walls between our rooms were very thin and we could hear conversations all night - we had an early start the next day, and it meant we really didn't get enough sleep.

  : Friendly staff in the hotel.Room was clean.
  : The wheelchair accessible room was too small to manoeuvre wheelchair around the bed.The sliding bathroom door was so stiff that it couldn't be shut without help.The shower hose was broken, which meant water stopped coming out of shower head, when held in certain directions.The noise from the disco in the pub kept us awake until just after midnight.

  : Rooms are fine and clean , booking in staff were great.
  : Food service was awful ,ordered food although the place wasn’t that busy waited an hour in the end we gave up cancelled and grabbed a taxi to Yateley Spice for a meal(there were four of us all guests of the hotel) mst disappointing we won’t stay there again we are /were regular users of the hotel .

  : Location good for us, and have used a lot in the past.
  : The toilet had skid marks in it, the shower wall was filthy with someone else’s shampoo. The room was poorly lit.The pub was a disaster, waited over an hour for food to arrive, and then cancelled and went into Yate. Felt sorry for the young girl, but the derive guy was pretty rude. Pub was empty so unsure why we didn’t receive our food. After an hour of ordering we were then told one of the main courses was unavailable. Just terrible.
