  : Its my second visit (first one was amazing). A little about the first visit. It was excellent. A pleasant and polite young man worked at the reception. the hotel had constant access to free hot drinks, apples and ice cream (in summer). I lived in a single room, as for the second trip - I was with a girlfriend in a double room and the room was smaller than a single room. There was mold on the walls in the bathroom. We asked to be moved, but they offered to change rooms every day because everything was occupied. About cleaning the rooms - they asked to remove the mold in the bathrooms, but that day no one came into the room. On the remaining days of the 6 days staying at the hotel, the cleaning lady simply made the bed, without even changing linens, Im generally silent about washing the floors, she didnt even throw out the trash from the trash can! the shower gel ran out, they asked to change it, so she simply put a new bottle on the table and left the empty one in place. I dont want to talk about the reception workers at all - they are very rude, annoying and unpleasant, as if they specially selected the same ones.There are coolers with water, but there were no water or cups. There is a plate with apples, but when the apples ran out, it just stood there empty. on the first visit, when there were baked goods left for breakfast, they were simply put on the coffee machine and during the day the guests finished them off, now they are simply removed. So, the hotel (as a place and facilities) is good, but STAFF is the WORST!!!

  : Spa and swimming pool were broken. No soap in the toilet and shower. We had a first bad impression because the curtains were torn off.First and last stay in this hotel. Rude staff.
