  : I stayed at the hotel on a multi-day cycling trip, and there was a great option to store my bike in a storage facility. The breakfast was amazing and the mini bar well stocked.
  : In summer it can get quite hot in the top floor and its a long way up, if the elevator is broken as when I was there.

  : Very close to main train station. Room was comfortable; breakfast was great. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful. There was some construction going on outside the hotel, and the atmosphere was quite loud outside at night, but I couldn't hear anything from my room. (Granted, my room faced inward toward the courtyard, but it was nice to get a good night's sleep.) Good selection of television channels and good minibar. Nice little desk for working.
  : They had trouble finding my key, so the check-in process took a bit longer than necessary. The twin beds that were pushed together to make a double bed had mismatching comforters, but that's no big deal. The bath products could have been a bit better stocked, as the pump bottles in the bathroom weren't great.

  : I like the night receptionist who was very attentive and helpful when we arrived and checked in. I like the breakfast buffet which was extensive, high quality and tasty.
  : However the lady at reception in the next morning was very rude and did a very bad job as a customer service staff in my opinion. We drank 1 water bottle on the top counter in our room, under the impression that things on the top counter are free - which is a common understanding in some places. Yes at this point, we admit this is our fault for lack of knowledge. We also told upfront to the lady and happily paid for that which was a very tiny amount. There was nothing more to say here but the lady made a drama out of this and reacted as if we were trying to get away and blamed the hotel. This was apparently not the case. If we had bad will, we could have just lied and said "we did not drink anything" when she asked. Even when we proceeded the payment, she kept lecturing us about "this time you learned a lesson" and slamming the desk brochure (which is placed in every room) in front of us, pointing to the price details, as a proof of "this is communicated clearly in your room". On top of the unnecessary drama, there was clear disrespect in her attitude. Since we are Asian, I could not help to think that this is somehow racist. The hotel should consider retraining their staffs because this will certainly damage their image. This is not good customer service at all. I myself will not consider going back to this hotel.

  : Lovely looking inside, very close to the town centre and train station. The breakfast was fantastic, so much choice, including healthier options. The staff were also really friendly. Bed was firm but good quality and comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful. There is a sauna and a small bar area but we never used either.

  : It was good for a city hotel, it is close to everything and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy, just the pillows could do with being updated. It worked for us and we were happy with what we got.

  : Top quality hotel in the heart of Augsburg with very friendly staff. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean en-suite double room. Excellent breakfast buffet. Great choice of restaurants nearby.
