  : The breakfast was good. The place was clean. The staff was excellent (front desk-Sandra, India and Theresa(I forgot her name), housekeeping-Janet, breakfast staff( so helpful and friendly), maintenance). The pool was nice. Easy access to the highway. I felt safe.
  : There was no closet in the room. No vents in the bathrooms. I could hear the t.v. and conversation in adjacent room.

  : The room was clean, and beds were comfortable.
  : I do not like the fact that housekeeping went in our room when we were not there without telling them and our personal belongings were still there. They should only go in if we request it or call them.We stay at the Hampton for breakfast, but did not eat breakfast after discovering that they had instant grits in the pack and not hot cooked grits. The line for waffles was long with only one waffle machine. There needs to be at least 3-4 waffle machines. The eggs were swimming in water, the sausage was undercooked, and the orange juice was water. They were slow to refill empty items. The breakfast area is very small, it's right when you walk in the front door where you check in. I have stayed at other Hampton Inns and had some of the best breakfasts. This needs to be corrected at this location.The lighting in the room was really dim. I like a well-lit room.

  : Property is dated, bathroom tub drain was missing cover, so dirty drain was visible. Would prefer in-room safe.

  : I booked on booking.com for my husband and son. They arrived and couldn't get the room but the lady at the front desk allowed them after I talked to her about the booking process. Please be better about when you ask who's staying and make sure their info is what's seen for the hotel. It could've went bad but the lady was nice enough to let them stay
