  : The breakfast was great. The price was awesome.
  : The staff was awful!!! The two I dealt with had horrible customer service and charged me twice and it took days for the money to be returned I me. We cut our trip short due to the horrible experience.

  : The beds were so comfortable
  : I loved the beds! When we arrived the staff was poorly rude in fact she told us to go to the hotel across the street if we wanted too. I sent them an email and she replied very unprofessional. Before we left the next morning I made sure that we were good to return Friday on our back through and everything was a go they switched our reservation to a king bed with a chair for my grandmother and we set out for Arizona! when we arrived Friday at 930 at night after a 7 hour drive we were tired, went to check in and they canceled my reservation stating I was notified by email! THE ONLY EMAIL I received was at 935 am saying they were glad to see us for our reservation! no email stating that they canceled. I had paid for this room on may 1, 2023 and we went to cheek in on may24th, 2023! they said they gave us a full refund, which was NEVER refunded I have contacted booking and the hotel. the hotel never answers in fact booking has tried several times to reach out to them with nothing! Better staff would of been a perfect hotel granted they did not cancel my room! will not ever do business with them again nor will i ever refer people there!
