  : The staff made it for me. I was down for a family reunion and we booked another location for us and my Dad. However, I booked the wrong dates for him and they charged a no-show fee. When I tried to rebook at that same hotel for the same dates it would've been $90 more. Luckily I found this place. My Dad is legally blind and has limited mobility. I came in with my Dad to check him in and the gentleman at the front was very patient and accommodating. He gave me an extra key if I needed to come see my Dad and he also gave me a card to the front desk and wrote down the room number in case I needed to call his room directly. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Not everyone shows empathy.
  : The only thing my Dad shared was that the wifi didn't really work at all, even I tried multiple times for him and the a/c was a little loud, but he said that wasn't a deal breaker.
