  : The issue is that I Booked a two bed queen room and a single King room at Booking.com.The key would not work for the queen room. The girl at the counter couldn’t figure it out, so I had to punches another room. She told me to cancel the queen room on the Booking.com app. I did and they won’t reimburse me.Confirmation#2599989472

  : Breakfast was mostly okay. Out of (large) plates. Attendant a little surly.
  : Nobody wore masks! The national website said they were using safe practices during the pandemic and the last time we were there, they were. This time all signs asking people to mask had been removed and not a single staff person even had a mask. Other than my spouse and myself, I saw one other guest, one time, with a mask. We won't be back, at least not during the duration of the pandemic.

  : Clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast!
  : There was a considerable wait for our room. We were told to wait about an hour the first time. We came back two hours later only to have to wait another 45 minutes for our room.

  : it was ridiculously dirty. pubic hair all over the shower, soap ? shavings or something similar in the bed. dirt and debris from previous guests all over the floor. it was horrible

  : My family loved the cookies in the lobby! The staff was very hospitable even helping us change rooms when my moms TV would not show the closed caption. They found her an even bigger and better room for her to switch. The cleaning lady was our most impressive staff! She was always checking to see which room needed cleaning and she was aware we had 2 rooms on the same floor. Shout out to her especially! I wish we knew her name!
  : We loved that the property was new and hadn't been overused yet. It was disappointing some of the wall paper was already coming off in some places. Also, we stopped by the pool which was nicely heated and in a beautiful sun room with towels, but my goodness! The pool was not well kept and the water smelled very funny. We got in and got out fairly quickly. Other than these small things that are fixable, it was a wonderful stay and I would choose Hampton Inn adrian again!
