  : My primary complaint: the elevator was out of service the entire stay. I am 81 years old and I was forced to carry my luggage up and down the staircase to the 2nd floor. I was also forced to climb these stairs for my 2 night stay. Had I known there was no elevator service before arriving, I would have chosen another hotel. THIS IS INEXCUSABLE !!!!!

  : One night we had quite a few trucks with trailers that took up a lot of parking spots close up front. I personally would have required those people to park toward the end of the parking lot. Not that big of a deal but still.

  : elevator was down, kids running thru halls on 3rd floor after 11pm, carpet in room had red/pink stains everywhere, furniture in room run down, some lights near bed didn't work, black out blinds didn't close all the way,

  : The hotel and the room were clean.
  : I was never told that the elevator hadn’t been working for days or more. If I had been told before my credit card was processed, I would have chosen another hotel. I am 81 years old and had to carry my bag up and down two flights of stairs. The bathroom sink water pressure was terrible and the shower was worse, not only because of very low water pressure but the water temperature could not be maintained…it was either dribbling out cold or very hot water and could not be adjusted. When I told the hotel employee, she said they were getting many complaints about the elevator not working and no answers as to the low water pressure. I checked into the hotel on the way home from a four days of business in Muncie, IN were I had a fine stay in the Comfort Suites there where the elevator, water pressure and it’s hot and cold mixing valve were not defective.
