  : Very easy to book. Pretty decent pricing, Easy, basically contactless booking and redeeming the stay. Fast and efficient.

  : They refused to return my deposit after I told them I was going to file a complaint. Juanna & Fred fought bed bugs all last night... I had a stool that would not flush, NO heat at all, tub was filthy, bedspread was so very old and thin.. they said I ripped and I did not. They refused to give me their names. The man and woman were not polite. Extreme lack of maintenence in the ROOMS! I am creating a vast list to file against their licensure (if they even have one).

  : I expected a basic motel in a location that was going to be very good for my trip, and that's what I got. It was just right, in terms of the comfortable bed, the easy access (ground floor), and the price.
  : Erratic WiFi is a ratings killer in these times. If motel management doesn't want to make the WiFi 100% reliable 24/7 it should kill the router and admit it doesn't know how WiFi works. Then the guest would know not to dream of a WiFi connection.But this motel said it did have WiFi. And so it did. Some of the time. Sometimes it reconnected on its own, and sometimes it didn't. Plus, the password only worked on the laptop, not for the phone. Since I did have one access point, I managed - some of the time.But I'm going to state it again: if you advertise WiFi, deliver on it 24/7, no matter how many people have checked in. In this case, I'm pretty sure 80% of the rooms were empty - and I certainly hope they weren't using the WiFi with no people in the rooms.

  : The location was the only plus in regards to this dump.
  : The walls, floors and doors were dirty, along with the bedspread being stained. Our key card stood working on the second day and for a full day we needed staff to let us back in our room. They gave us a different room the next day. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best.
