  : Location and that I was able to bring my dog. 24 hour coffee is nice.
  : Room keys kept failing and having to be reset every day after we got back from a long day out. Shower has air in the lines and makes a horrible noise. The only remedy is to decrease the water pressure. Toilet handle kept breaking. Smoke alarm was on the floor in the room when we got there. Housekeeping never even offered to clean our room or provide fresh towels. We had to ask for towels; which had holes in some of them. Wi-Fi stopped working for the last 2 days we were there. Bed was so overly soft and misshapen that I couldnt sleep and literally woke up not able to feel my arms due to my neck and back being crooked. Our last night there, after a week of sleeping in the bed, I found a cockroach on the bed. Carpet is worn and appears dirty. Sleeper couch sags so much that it cant be used as anything but a luggage holder. Stairs are dangerous, metal stairs that are not only slippery, but water pools on them towards the top of the stairs where the metal is dented, and the handrail is unstable.

  : Toilet seat was broke Sink was clauged every time we tried to brush of teeth or get water to drink. There was poop stains around the broken toilet seat. I should get a refund or credit another night

  : It is extremely hard to find anything likable in this place, it is in fact a Motel and should have never been listed as a hotel. The website is very decisive which is why people book rooms in that place. I paid a lot of money for 5 days ($743.00) check-in on the 21st & checkout on the 25th. It was a disaster, to say the least.
  : This was not continental breakfast as stated, it was a complete disaster with two small round tables in the Hotel entrance that could not accommodate more than 6 people at a time. in my view, it was a MOTEL.
