: It was close to both town and theresort
: The toilet in the master bath was plugged.It took a while but the onside guy took care of it.The smell of food cooking in our corridor wasn't nice.But,if you walked fast it was doable.

: kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. beds were very comfortable. square footage is generous. VACASA support to our calls for comfort issues were polite and responsive
: our main living room heat stopped working two nights at end of our stay. I hope they resolve it for the next guest

: When we got there on the first day there was no heat and the unit was cold and couldnt turn up the, maintenance came and got the fireplace going.

: The location for those interested to spend time at or near the Winter Park resort is excellent. Very quiet and very close to everything. It's a really spacious apartment with two rooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher though). Having a good functional kitchen during COVID when many restaurants didn't offer dine-in was very helpful. There were nice Christmas decor and enough sheets. It's not new but well maintained.
: It wasn't dirty but wasn't very clean. Some hair in a bathroom, no some small dust in corners. Not too bad but could use some more care with cleaning. TVs are there but small and useless (no good channels are available).
