: I attended the races at Ascot. The racecourse was jus a 20 mins walk or short cab ride away, 1.5miles.I arrived at 10am for a day in an Ascot hospitality box. my room was ready on arrival. There was just one lady on site, cleaning and checking in. The room was clean and comfortable, albeit the whole hotel is in need of some TLC. After a day racing and drinking, a short walk to the hotel was the easy option as getting a cab would have not been easy, Free parking on site.
: no facilities for breakfast, but I was aware when I booked. Rooms need updating, but it was clean and the bed comfortable. All I needed and at a very reasonable cost considering its location and that there was a race meet on that day.

Disappointing

: The fact that a drunk driver parked his transit van in front of our car blocking us in and we had to phone the police who came and took the driver away but didn’t move the van until the morning. We had to wait around for them to come and move it when we needed to get home.
