  : The "villas" in this hotel are outstanding! Beautiful kitchen and large comfortable sitting area, lovely bedrooms, well-appointed bathrooms -- if you are in Williamsburg with friends or family it is outstanding to be together in this accommodation. The location is also excellent; quite near William & Mary and close to the colonial area.

  : It was fine the first night (but too expensive for what it was).
  : We stayed in a separate building that was a short drive from the main building. It was fine the first night but the second night there were guests on either side and we could clearly hear everything they were saying in a normal voice. The walls were paper thin. One guest on the opposite side moved because he said they had damp problems.

  : Don't book this hotel through booking.com. They do not respond to communications. If you call they tell you to contact booking.com they can't handle your question. I contacted them through message on booking.com in plenty of time to adjust my dates, no response. I tried again and again, no response. I contacted booking.com, by the time I was responded to I was over the deadline for changes. Booking.com said my request went to the hotel. I got to the hotel they charged me the full booking not the shortened dates I'd asked for. At check out the hotel assured me they would not charge for the two nights just the one night I had stayed. My credit card statement just arrived, charged fully by the hotel. Very disappointed in booking.com and the hotel's communications. I've booked through here for years and won't bother again.
