  : The resort was very beautiful!
  : The bed was entirely too soft. During our stay there was a busted pipe right outside the property, but we were unaware… when we contacted guest services to let them know we didn’t have any water they were very rude . Hours later we called to get an ETA , because we had already missed hours off of day at Busch Gardens, and the same lady was nasty once again. I get the fact that you have no control but don’t take that out on your guests. Furthermore, I received a call from the time share people wondering why I wasn’t at my appointment.. not only had I informed guest services earlier when I called , but how did they expect someone to come when there was no water to get a shower or brush our teeth. Also, later that evening we had taken our children to the outside pool, and the people that are to close things down were throwing the chairs and everything all around us. We felt like they were forcing us to leave. I just truly believe that your employees need a little refresher on how to treat guests!!

  : The apartment was a good place to do laundry in the middle of our vacation with children. The pool was useful and easy to access. The use of a full apartment was a great help to a family.
  : Troubleshooting at front desk sticky. We had a smoke alarm that was sounding off. The maintenance crew was stuck with emergency air conditioning repairs elsewhere. It seems the resort is light in maintenance positions.

  : I loved how close to everything we were. This place is located right around the corner from the outlets in the center of Williamsburg. We didn’t drive more than 10 minutes to get everywhere. The pool area is very nice, and we enjoyed the basketball/ tennis court. The master shower was very large and nice.
  : The living area in the room is not very comfortable. You can’t sit in 2 chairs and couch for more than 30 minutes without hurting your back. Our bed was worn out, it had 2 large craters in it, it felt like we were sleeping on the side of a hill.
