  : Simon was a great host very helpful. My kids loved the pool. I loved the location. Even met some great people and had a cookout on-site. Lots of fun
  : The beds are HORRIBLE! The bed was so uncomfortable I barely slept, my body aches.

  : The location was great as it was right behind the boardwalk/beach so, you can access those in a few seconds of walking.
  : The cleanliness of the room could have been better as window had dirt in it and the fridge was dirty and worn down as well. Only one of the stovetop actually worked and the kitchenette didn't have full size plates or cups/glasses or cooking utensils for some reason. The parking situation also bit of an issue and their overflow lot is about 2 blocks away.

  : Couldn't have asked for a better location it's literally steps away from the boardwalk and Simon the guys that runs the place was really nice and talked to us about our stay and when we asked for new towels etc we had them with in minutes!!!! I would recommend this place tho.
  : First off I understand how many people stay at this place over the weekend because the hotel was packed then during the week it died down.. but my only issue I seen was the house keepers could maybe spend a little bit more time cleaning the rooms with maybe wiping down some walls and ceilings... My main thing was the cover that was over the box springs was NASTY on both beds they need changed out when the sheets & covers do because I don't think they even change the box springs covers.. place needs more outlets I think there was only 4 which one of them had the TV plugged in along with the light by the TV... Then on the bed side the lights by the bed was also occupied with other stuff along with the one by the sink which the fridge was plugged in and the coffee pot / and microwave so you had to choose which one to unplug to charge your phones also there was a outlet in the bathroom on the light itself I had tried it and it didn't work.... As for the pool I was going to go swimming but it didn't look to appealing there was all kinds of stuff floating in it along with I don't even know what.. I myself got the pool skimmer and cleaned it for like 10-15 minutes and it looked a little better but I still didn't get into the pool... But more attention to the pool as well.... Other then that honestly it was a great location and Simon was awesome even with what I had described I would stay again due to the location.... Could I have said something about the box springs and they change the cover on it yes they probably would have but I just said ehh what ever I don't want to be a pain in the a##... Over all I would give it a 6-7 rating out of 10
