  : Almost without exception the staff (front desk, breakfast service, maid service) was welcoming, friendly, and willing to help. Most spoke English which was a huge bonus. The location was perfect- a block from the city center and three major bus stops. The facilities had everything you could want - gym, pool, bar in the lobby, parking deck underneath, and these wonderful series of living rooms in the lobby that allows guests to sit and talk and enjoy a beverage in comfortable little groups without all the noise and distraction of a huge open lobby. We would absolutely stay here again. The pros definitely outweigh the small annoyances.
  : The bathroom in our bedroom had a sliding door which created more space in the bathroom but resulted in no privacy at all if you are sharing a room. There wasn't even a fan you could turn on to create background noise. Each of the floors could use an ice machine, so you don't have to keep bothering the bar staff for ice. The in-room fridge was so shallow you couldn't get your drinks or leftovers inside. Only shallow miniature bottles fit. Finally, Breakfast was really expensive, a trend in many of the local hotels. 24€ per person, which makes breakfast for a family of four your most expensive meal of the day. That's pretty hard to take when my teenagers barely eat anything for breakfast. I couldn't take off the breakfast once I made a reservation that included breakfast. There was a bakery a block away and that probably would have been a better option for my kids.
