  : Property was fine
  : Lost reservations, paid for upgraded room and didn’t receive it. Hotel would not adjust price for room difference being lower, Dirty milky pool and Hot tub, could not enter room, Every time we left the room in order to gain access back into our room we had wait at the front desk or in hallway for service to come walk us up and unlock our door. This was every time we left. Apparently the system was hacked and they had no control of the computer. (My personal information in question) complete inconvenience. Our stay was 4 days with an empty coffee pot for guest in the lobby. Upsetting when you are checking out at 6:40 am , restaurant is closed and coffee isn’t set out for guest. I guess they tried to make it up with the shit cookies they offer at check in?

  : Rooms were tidy. Room service upon request if staying more than one night. Relatively good location to LA attractions.
  : Wish there was a microwave in the rooms. But there is one downstairs in the main lobby.

  : The location was close to college
  : It started with the hotel couldn't find my reservation and had me waiting and when I show them my email that wasn't enough I'm glad I had printed copy also all they offer for the inconveniences was extra cookies and then I had no room keys to access my room I had to keep on going to front desk to get in too my room made me feel like I was Criminal and also not being able to access the pool and Other amenities because I had no key and when I would go front desk they where busy and keep on say just await a minute this was horrible and such inconvenient for me and my family no one Apologize. Or even try to make up for it this was worst hotel I have ever stayed at bad customer service. And now there are charging me again for a room I prepaid and I have to wait to speak to general manager I would not recommend anyone to stay here unless you a headache and you card double charge

  : The room had a bad smell, and my husband got bitten by something on his neck, It looked like a spider bite.
