  : The drain in our jetted tub didn't seal! So it was constantly draining The WiFi is limited...... Do not book if you're needing to "work from home"

  : I have been here before and it was a wonderful experience. This was my first time with the new management and it was pretty good. When we had issues with other visitors being too loud they responded quickly and delt with the problem. We love the jacuzzi tubs and the fact the rooms have microwaves.
  : They need to post directions on how to use the jacuzzi tub in the king room. It is more complicated than the queen jacuzzi. I spent a few hours trying to figure it out and when we checked in we told many people have complained it doesnt work but that is because you have to have a high enough water level. I sure that is part of it but the first day it kept saying pair and locked. After playing with it for hours I finally figured it out.

  : I loved the location (it was quiet), the jacuzzi tub & the stand up shower had GREAT water pressure. The room was mostly clean but could use a good dusting. They also gave us a complimentary chocolate bar, popcorn & sparkling cider!
  : The mattress. It was extremely uncomfortable. We ended up on the floor the 2nd night.

  : Very cute decor, fireplace. A very nice welcome basket with snacks and Martinelli's cider. Was very delighted when first opening the door and observing the cute decor, spa tub and fireplace. A plaque on the room door (Rm 206) stated that Paul Allen had stayed in this room. There was a fun go-kart track which looked awesome for families.
  : This review is regarding room 206 only. From the other reviews, I chose this hotel. These problems may only pertain to room 206. The toilet immediately overflowed with hardly anything in it (had to use all the towels to stop it up, as it was heading down the stairs into the living area).. There were opened cider packets from the previous occupant that weren't thrown away. There was a $50 cleaning fee if you used the spa tub (decided not to, even though I brought some therapeutic salts). Couldn't get the TV to work correctly with the Roku, the front desk person couldn't help. No Wi-Fi connection available the entire time. There was a wrought iron headboard that was uncomfortable to sit up and lean against. The mattress was very soft and saggy and my back hurt the next day. Maybe the other rooms weren't like this. I really wanted to like it, but I won't be staying here again.
