  : Upon checking in and getting in the room my daughter went to sit down and eat and the chair leg fell apart. They left a broken chair in the room for their guests to use, and when I contacted “night service” @5am, my exact words were “ Hello and Good morning I am staying in room (*)would I be able to get a couple of towels?” To which the front desk said “ Really? At this time? No. You are going to have to wait until 8/9 am and then you can go to the front desk and get them.” I HAD to be back in my hometown at 8 am for my classes, I am baffled that theyHave a sign saying for night service call don’t knock on the front door, which I did to then be met with such rude and unprofessional behavior. The carpets had a mushy feeling each time I’ve stayed and have left my feet completely black within 5-6 minutes of walking around.

  : We needed more towels because they only stocked the room with one set. We tried to call the office to get said towels, but once the manager answered the phone she yelled at us for calling at 5 AM and Saif she doesn't open until 9 AM. Hotels are supposed to service you all hours!!
