  : The staff at breakfast, reception and the security staff were really helpful. The lady at breakfast was great with my gluten allergies and really helped we by getting fresh hot rolls brought out and sealed packs of gluten free cereal. She was very helpful!The location was fabulous for Wembley Stadium .
  : The rooms weren’t big but are functional. The water pressure was bad causing us to have to leave the toilet unflushed on more than one occasion. The shower was broken and we didn’t discover this until we were about to check out. About 1 hour before we checked out I used the shower. Well attempted to. The shower head was broken the water was coming out of the join that connects the head to the hose. Then more coming out of the sides and top of the shower head and running down the pipe. What we were left with due to the pressure and the broken shower head was a trickle. I have complained directly through Ibis. For £338 without breakfast was ridiculous. That’s over double what they charge for non event days.

  : Towels need replacing. The shower water drainage was blocked. Most annoying was the staff member telling me to hurry up as I was logging my laptop off work. She was very rude and had attitude.

  : The key card was constanlty not working properly and had to go to reception to get it fixedOverpriced, should be cheaper

  : Great room, extremely convenient for Wembley stadium (and arena). Clean, quiet, lovely staff and even the other guests were very polite. I'm a lactose-intolerant coeliac so feeding me is always hard when out of the house. We had complimentary buffet breakfast and my son and husband had the usual cooked items with juice and pastries. I was offered gluten-free baps, which were utterly delicious and could have bacon, beans, ham and fruit with them, so great for me, too.
  : Due to the location, this stay was extremely dear compared to usual Ibis prices, but completely understandable when you are staying so close to a major venue.
