  : Good kitchen & bathroom. Good location if you are sightseeing Lots of local coffee shops & super markets & great park and brilliant farmers market all very local
  : Guys - Please clean the windows!!! Quite dusty it was making me very sneezy - I cleaned the skirting boards and window frames and hoovered the dust behind the bed made my eyes pop! - but this room was turned around for me last minute as the original room had a drainage problem. So this could be why. The rooms are noisy - street noise - buses / opposite a school & a beep beep beep road crossing & people shouting at night - ear plugs are a must.The main hallway has a great feature of lots of light shades but - they are covered in thick dust. The front street door was not secure for 3 nights which was nerve wracking as theres a lot of drug addicts in QP day & night. Its shifty!!

  : The location is great. 2 minutes from Queens Park Station. The apartment is on a busy street with lots of bar and restaurants, but because the apartment is across the road from a primary school and next to Joe and the Juice and other apartments, its nice and quiet. The apartment is a great size. It was very clean when I arrived. It was comfortable and easy to get in. It was nice and warm. I could get by with the cooking utensils. I would stay here again.
  : The window didnt open, so I couldnt get any fresh air in the apartment and it was really warm in the apartment so the bin quickly smelled really bad! You really need housekeeping more than once in 7 days. I think it would be far too hot in this apartment in the summer, the window really needs to be capable of being opened. The cooking utensils were sparse. I could make do but it would help to have a wooden spoon at least!

  : Brilliant locationGuest service team were helpful
  : When I arrived, I was locked out for over an hour as it had been double locked and I could not get in with the key provided. I had to ring the guest services multiple times before they sent maintenance to fix the problem. After 30 minutes of waiting, I was greeted with give me the keys and no apologises. I was eventually let in and was offered a later check out as an apology. When I got in, I noticed that the apartment wasn't cleaned as much as I would have liked as the toilet bowl was still dirty, the tap leaked if it was on too long or with any type of power and the pillows had stains and hairs on them. As well as this, there were no helpful instruction guides on how to use the safe or oven and where to place full bins so I had to do a lot of guessing/ googling to work it out. Also, the WiFi and connection was poor and only worked in the kitchen.The pictures on booking.com do not reflect the apartment I stayed in. It was very bare and not as warm as the pictures depict!

  : Location was amazing. Staff was lovely. Easy to find 15 minutes train ride to city centre and the area was actually quite nice as well. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. (Photos were taken after the stay)
  : There was no windows opening, if you go in heatwave you probably wont breathe in there. You got a random room but if you get one of the onces facing to street on the ground floor you will only get a tiny window airway and thats it and this will be our reason to not choose here in the future.
