  : I loved that it was so much more than I expected. Property was beautiful, inside and out. Bedroom, in particular, was warm and beautifully decorated.
  : The breakfast setup needs a bit of an upgrade. There were very few bottles of water available so perhaps a Gallon or 2 GAllon Jug would be best, automated dispenser attached. A small table or tray to place dirty dishes should be available, too.

  : Room small, bed to hard for me to sleep on, I slept some in livingroom couch. I was not told there would be cameras on me, violating my privacy

  : This is an exceptional place, with a nice breakfast, a congenial host and a great location near two nice beach accesses.
  : The clay tennis courts were a surprise bonus but they need some more top coat and attention to weeds that are beginning to grow.

  : It was nice to stay in this historic home near the Manresa state beach.I do miss not having hosts that live in the house in where we have a sit down breakfast meeting other travelers at the same time.

  : The view from the bedroom was idilic; rolling fields and little woods. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. We were upgraded on arrival. The host was friendly and advised us on dinner locations.
  : The breakfast was terrible. It looked like the B&B was having a wedding that afternoon, so they might have been otherwise occupied but the breakfast was store bought and self serve. Not a homemade item to be seen. Plastic cutlery and paper plates. No one was in the building that night or morning except us, no other guests.

  : The Room was spotless, breakfast was delicious. The lady cook was very sweet.
  : Yes the evening front desk girl and her manager charged me twice and I couldnt figure out why I didnt have any money left in my card for the deposit. It took 30 minutes to figure out meantime they said if I dont have deposit $ I couldnt stay Stressful
