  : Location was good to downtown Washington.Our host, Tayvon, was extremely nice. When we needed an issue resolved, Tayvon was trying to help us even thought it was his day off . (We found this out later once we had to be referred to the manager.)
  : First off, our location had to be changed because the apartment air conditioning would not work. Thankfully they found it out before we checked in. We were told we would get a 10% refund because of us having to leave that location to another one. We never received the 10% refund even though we asked about it again the next day & were told we would receive it. (I waited a month before posting this review to see if we would receive the refund, but we didn't.)**Buyer beware. It was not handicap accessible. We had to walk up 2 short flights of stairs, but the unit did not have an elevator. Thankfully we were on the lowest level, but the unit was 6 stories high. Because it was an apartment, there was no customer service. We had only 4 towels the first night (for 6 people - guys used hand towels). We asked for 6 towels for next night & got zero. (Thankfully we had clean beach towels we just happened to have packed). Then we needed the toilet plunged & there was no plunger. After waiting 2 hours, my husband asked why no one had went to Walmart & bought a plunger & gotten it to us yet. We were told they had asked building supervisor from the complex to come look at it because they knew from experience it would need more than just a plunger. My husband finally got them to bring us a plunger & it worked. We were all needing to use the facilities by the time this got resolved. It was about a 3 hour ordeal.Unit needed overhead lighting; it was very dim since there were only lamps.

  : Finding parking space is very easy
  : I was given the wrong address in the confirmation email so we spent several minutes turning around and around late and exhausted from overseas travel.. I tried to reach the agent several times yet he would not answer the phone.

  : The host was nice and the house in an okay area.
  : The sofa bed is a couch pull out bed, but it is old and very uncomfortable since the mattress is so worn out. I ended not using the pull out bed part since it was so bad and just sleeping on the couch.

  : Incorrect company. Unreliability: I modified the booking 3 days before the 1st Night. It was communicated that I can do it w/o penalties. I could not do it on booking.com, so I asked for the customer service help for the cancelation of the 1st Night out of 4 Nights. Automatic answer arrived that customer service will help. But it has not happened do far.... How can I get the 1st Night cost?

  : Good location and quiet. Met on site by the agent
  : This apartment needs some love, attention and a bit of investment. It backs on to a park where the lights are so bright, but the blinds are so broken we could not block the light out. The kitchen is poorly equipped - with just one saucepan and no cooking equipment.The mattresses are so old they roll you into the middle.The bathroom needs a revamp - very old, with broken toilet seat and all in all really knackered.
