  : We love staying in Waikoloa and the Fairway Villas. This is was our second time in the area and we specifically chose to stay in the same location because the condos are nice, roomy, and clean. Considering the reasonable price, the location is a great place to stay while in the area.
  : We had some neighbors show up that stayed up late making a lot of noise, and then one of the guys worked outside early in the morning, which happened to be outside our bedroom window. He was loud with his Zooming into work, which I found to be rude to those around him. It was annoying to do laundry at night because the dryer squeaked very loud, so we had to wait until we were leaving to run the dryer. The shower in the master did not work which made our evening rush to get ready for dinner pretty difficult (The property compensated us for the shower which was greatly appreciated.), especially with having to share a shower with 2 teenage girls.

  : Easy access to shopping and beaches. When I had a problem with the elevator my rep kept me informed via text. They were very responsive.
  : Handicapped and smoker friendly it is not. There is no smoking on the property. Have to go to the shopping center for a cigarette or vape. No views of the ocean.
