  : It came with a kitchen and it was no pots or pans or thing to eat with in the room but yet it came with a kitchen . It has roaches and the staff (manager was rude ) I booked here the weekend just passed for son birthday and the hotel took my money I had to call the third party to get my money back after the fact the staff was telling me they didn't ,so I called my bank and the confirm that money was took off my card form them when finally it was resolved the staff told ke well it was a glitch in the system for taking cards all day but didn't not tell me and the manager didn't even care she mentioned it was a attitude

  : There is an obvious cockroach infestation and the foundations of the rooms was poor. They need fixing in some areas and they were not clean at all.

  : When i went to the room its only 1towel in When i went downstairs the day i ask fora towelthe manager leticia gave 1 towel only because she i brought 1 towel no one comes to theroom to clean and cosmetic i have to go to front desk every time ineed soap shompoo toilet paper everything that the house supposed to do it the is very rude to me and told if i got more towel in room i bring it at the front desk so she can give me more

  : For the price, it wasnt worth it. There was 4 of us and I took a shower first, the tub had a foot of water and never drained. So my fianc and friends couldnt take a shower. The bathroom door had to be forced open or shut. My friend hurt himself trying to open it. The beds were so uncomfortable and hard. They didnt provide comforters just a thin blanket. The room smelled like someone tried to cover up a bad smell with strong cologne. The counters had wood trim hanging off. The elevators didnt work after a certain time so we had to climb up and down the stairs. Oh and the water pressure was so bad it took me almost 40 minutes to rinse shampoo and conditioner out of my hair. It was literally like a trickle of water coming out. Ive never in my life left a review, this is my first. I do not recommend this place. For what I paid I could have gotten a much nicer room somewhere else. Im disappointed honestly

  : There was no breakfast at this location.
  : I had to walk to the 4th floor because the elevator was not working. 6 roaches in my room. My room looked clean, but was actually roach infested. The manager was nice and refunded me for the second night. As soon as I woke up and killed the second roach, I booked another hotel and checked out.
