  : Beautiful facility. Room looked very nice and was clean. Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.
  : Mattress was VERY hard. No microwave in the room. Parking used to be free. Breakfast used to be free. Prices have nearly doubled. This used to be the place we always stayed and recommended. Not anymore.

  : Website described a breakfast buffet that was missing. Only Starbucks in the lobby (yuck) and a snack area were open. Your staffer claimed "We have been complaining about the website errors for 3 years." This advertising lie (3 years makes it a lie) demanded a change of our plans in a strange city.Also, there is no pool as the website claimed.

  : There is no complementary breakfast. In fact, there’s not even a complementary cup of coffee. Even for Marriott Goldmember’s. The facilities were nice, but Marriott Courtyard, this one included, all seem to be using some disgustingly smelly spray that when you enter the hotel you can hardly breathe and often their rooms are highly sprayed too. It makes one wonder, whether or not it’s covering up Cleaning issues. I’ve become very disappointed in the Marriott Courtyard brand. I actually had a better stay at a Fairfield Court and was given good coffee, and decent breakfast choices, including fruit.What is provided at the several Marriott courtyards I stayed at on my recent trip is so minimal That I doubt I will stay in another courtyard. It’s amazing to think that you’re paying $270 a night and you can’t even get a complementary cup of coffee.

  : low value. charging to park, front desk staff were great, bistro staff . not attentive. its alright if you cant get to someone right away, but at least tell them you see them as they stand and wait will you take 2 minutes to enter a ticket.. how about "i'll be right with you "?
