Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : The location was really good. Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a lot of issues during our stay and the night desk employee (I think his name was Jason or James) went above and beyond to try to help us.
  : The beds in our room were not queen sized despite being advertised as such. They were a full at best. The breakfast is just a bunch of snack cakes and prepackaged pastries, not actual breakfast. The fridge in our room did not work. We had to plug the tv in ourselves and then there was no cable or anything. It just wouldn't work. The lock on our door in our room was broken as well so we had to sleep with a chair under the door. The daytime worker told us she would come to our room to fix it when she got off shift and then she never showed up to help.

  : It was not bad but on my last night I found a used needle inside a bloody cap in my bathroom. I was totally disgusted and did not sleep well that night.

  : No bulbs in lamps no hot water, lukewarm no coffee for breakfast no bathrooms in lobby as the roof was leaking

  : I left to go the the store come back and they checked me out my room my name was the only name on the room and they let someone else come and stay I was leave

  : The location was quiet and easy access from the highway.
  : There were roaches crawling on the nightstand and floor. The pillows had a dirty smell!

  : The closeness.
  : The first room was dirty so we got another room. That room had its faults as well such as roaches and stains on the towels and the tub was dirty.

  : floors are horribly dirty. You can also hear people next door and outside.
