  : Check in was smooth and paid for off street parking was useful
  : Having been led on the bed for sometime watching a movie, my arm and foot had become increasingly irritated. I got up to investigate and found a bug crawling where my foot had been, my partner killed it, it was full of fresh blood. We then inspected the bed and found and killed several more. It was late 11.15pm, the owner / manager was raised and apologised and moved us to another room which appeared to be clean. In the morning I was offered no compensation and had to ask for a refund, given minus booking costs and parking still charged.... I said that our bags clothes could also be infected and was offered NOTHING not even bin bags to wrap our luggage in to protect the car. The more reading I have done about bedbugs the angrier I have become, we only have the clothes we stand in as everything else needs to be fumigated / boil washed.
