  : in this hotel I was attracted by a high rating on the website booking.com, this is absolutely not an appropriate rating for this hotel
  : -we were settled in the room with a delay of two hours, the room was provided at 17:00 (complained about problems with the staff, which seems very strange to me for this level of hotel)-upon check-in, it was discovered that the air conditioning in the room did not work, they decided to repair it and sent their worker, but they couldnt fix it quickly ... exactly three times I complained that the air conditioner did not work after three attempts to repair it.. but since these days it was hot outside, I categorically refused to sleep in a room with a temperature of 27.5 , which was shown by the air conditioner remote controlI asked to change my room to which I received an answer that the hotel is fully booked and there are no available roomsbut after checking on Booking.com I was very surprised that there were almost 15 rooms available!!.. in response to this, the employee bulged her eyes and said that there were no rooms in my price category (although what does it matter to me), but then it turned out that there were 4 available options on the website and in my price category !! that is, the employee openly lied to me. and only by midnight, having found out that it was impossible to repair the air conditioner, they gave me a new roomThat's really what I did not expect from a hotel of such a high level and such a high cost, this is such an unprofessional work of the staff and unfriendly on their part. my mood was spoiled and instead of rest I had to create comfortable conditions for my stay in the hotel .. this is a really stupid situation

  : overall, the property was amazing and well maintained! rooms are clean and new and the views of the hotel were amazing. the lobby Terrance, spa / gym was amazing, and the kids loved the kids club!
  : reserved 2 rooms in the same category but the actual space of both was different. one was significantly smaller than the other. the other think is the toilet's WC is very far from the shower / wash area and you almost have to walk across the room. i see this as an inconvenience and a design flaw.
