  : The location and staff at this property are excellent, the staff are super pleasant and very helpful the location is also excellent with easy access to ski shops, ski hire and multiple restaurants and supermarkets. It is around a 10 minute walk to the center of town and many good bars/ restaurants.You can also walk up a few sets of stairs and directly onto the piste that leads to Jeux chairlift (the main lift) there is also a piste that passes right next to the property though it is a red run and leads to Inversions chair lift. The communal area is comfortable and there are table football and pool to play, and free WiFi. Overall the village is stunning and we greatly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
  : The rooms are nice and spacious though the bedding and pillows were poor and not comfortable, guests should also know that WiFi in the room is 20 per week which I believe is reasonable but its not clear when viewing the property (WiFi in the communal area is free) also things such as toilet paper and washing up liquid are not provided. The spa was also in poor condition with only one jacuzzi working and that was only half full of water that was lukewarm, the sauna was working and was in decent condition. The steam rooms were not working.

  : Good value for money; friendly, helpful receptionist; unexpected spa.
  : Claimed to be 3.1 miles from Saint Michel de Maurienne, that must be as the Condor flies, as on the road it were closer to 10 miles. Didn't expect much by way of consumables, but even had to buy my own dish-washing materials. Access to Spa seemed restricted.

  : The room layout itself was a bit different to how it was sold on booking.com, I thought we were having a room with 2 bunks in for the kids, ie 4 beds in that room. That wasn't the case, so we had to move some beds around which was a bit of a faff. There was a sauna and Jacuzzi, but we were put off by the complicated booking system and only 20 mins at a time, so didn't bother. We made use of the pool table. We also found it close to the supermarket, bars and restaurants.
  : The boot room was cold and didn't have much room to get boots on. Not a major problem, but a bit congested at start and end of the day, which wasn't great on the Covid safety.
