  : It was on the lowest end of cost and near my desired location, but other than...
  : Property looked unkept, office was locked up and had to use nighttime window 24 hours of the day. Furnishings cheap and made no science. No electricity outlets on any of the walls near the bed do no lamps or outlets to plug in devises near bed. Refrigerator was missing a food unplugged sitting in the closet. I had to lift it to one of the two outlets on the wall that fid have outlets and plug it in myself (which meant I had to unplug the microwave). Bed had a flat loose sheet for a fitted sheet and it moved around to expose the old mattress underneath. Only 1/2 a tool of toilet paper. Only one bath towel, one wash cloth,one hand towel, no shower/tub floor towel/mat. Scary client (arguments outside of rooms and some with staff).

  : It was near food and freeway.
  : On our last night a picture that was hanging over our bed suddenly fell on us shattering and cutting his arm and my leg. I also stepped on glass and have glass stuck on my foot. When we called to report to the front desk the incident the man working the front desk said he had to call a manager. He moved is to a different room but did not allow us to take our belongings. At 6am, we had to leave by 630am, he said he had spoken to the manager and that the manager did not believe the story of what happened and that we couldn't leave until the manager got there and he wasnt going to be there until 11am. I questioned how come a manager did not come to check on the incident and he said no manager will show up for this. We had to call the police for our belongings to be released and they never even gave is a bandaid or checked to see if we were ok or took an incident report.
