  : Location and size of the apartment was good.
  : Received an email on the day of arrival threatening to prevent us from checking in until the next morning: Hello,We do not have access to the cards on booking.Please, send me the form [asking for all credit card details over unsecured email], otherwise I cannot leave keys in the parking P0.I confirmed with booking.com that my card details were correct and available, called the apartment contact number and was told they would not leave keys if I didnt email my full credit card details, which would have left us with no where to stay after arriving around 2130. They then tried to charge me 38 euros for bedding I hadnt asked for when we agreed (over booking.com messenger) for just 1 set for 14 euros. It is also necessary to clean the apartment before leaving (this is fine and was made clear on the advert) but there is nothing to use to clean properly - no sponges or rags/towels, no soap, no bleach or any disinfectant. I have stayed at many apartments, all of which have cleaning supplies. Not a huge expense, but I assume most guests wont pay for it and therefore when is the last time the apartment was actually cleaned? Sheets and keys must be returned to the office, so I assume no one attends the apartment between stays to do anything other than check it has been cleaned.

  : I received our check in email about 4 days after we checked in. No bedding was provided but this wasn't mentioned when we booked. The guests have to the clean the apartment but there are no cleaning supplies provided(e.g. anti-bacterial spray, sponges etc). It is also clear they don't actually check the apartment is clean before you check in. There is a TV in the apartment but its tiny so isn't much use, no oven and one of the draws with cutlery in was clearly rotting because it smelt appalling, so bad we had to move everything out of it and re-wash it all.
