  : The cockroaches in the room The air conditioning didn't cool The girl tending the "breakfast" was more concerned with watching videos on her phone than stocking the food and beverages. The lobby restroom smelled like rotted old urine and had period blood on the wall above the trashcan where an open maxi pad lay exposed. The front desk attendant complained to me in depth about an issue she was having with another customer who was trying to cancel his stay a day early. She was friendly to me though, at all times. The bellhop cart had red sticky stuff all over it. The coffee was in the lobby rather than in the dining hall. To get hot water for oatmeal, my son had to take his bowl to the lobby because there was no hot water available in the dining hall.
