  : Location was right next to the beach
  : When we first arrived our air unit was blowing hot air and the girl said it was our fault, and we should turn the air up. She had maintenance look at it. Turns out they had to replace the entire unit. We added an extra night, and paid cash. Well they didnt keep record nor did they give us a receipt for the transaction, well my card got charged, and they took the $99 cash so we paid twice for ONE night. She then told us we had to call the lady who we talked to the day before (WHO WONT BE BACK AT WORK UNTIL THE DAY AFTER OUR CHECKOUT DATE). She didnt offer to help or call the other woman herself.

  : They allowed a little bit of an early check out time. The rooms were updated. The staff was very nice.
  : The building itself was a bit run down. The price was a bit high, next time i will go thru the hotel and not booking.com
