  : Really like the location of the property. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone. We will bring our kids back next time!
  : Outdoor lights in front did not work. Also, Master bath toilet was very noisy, constantly running.

  : Nice quiet location. Convenient to beach. Plenty of space for a small family or two couples. Master bed was comfortable.
  : Our main issue was that the rental was marketed as a single family home, but it actually has another unit below. This was a major consideration for us and we would not have booked it had we known there would be someone else on the property. All my attempts to get a response from the rental company regarding this issue were ignored. The home also had some maintenance issues like the dilapidated deck, rusty broken deck chairs and broken blinds.

  : It was good proximity to beach access ample room for our family. This was our second year in this house.
  : Decking boards on porch were coming up. We wanted to go to the pool and was informed it was not in working order. I wasnt informed of this prior to my stay. For what I paid I should have been informed the pool wasnt working. For a furnished kitchen - there was only one pot and one pan.

  : Location was great! Quite neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants and shops.
  : Only real complaint was the fridge smelled like fish. Could not open it without being greeted with fish in the face.

  : The valet needs to be replaced. The deck had boards that are unsafe Very old . The outdoor spas furniture poor, rusted chairs .there was an abundance of trash in trash can under carport . There were so many ants we could not park there . The ice maker was not on all there wasnt ice .

  : Property Management Company. On Booking.com it stated that they charged upon arrival, yet days before I was charged the full amount. When questioned they said info on Booking.com was inaccuratecorrect it then, I dont like surprises regarding my money! Also notified them that the overflow drain cover had fallen out in the tub, was told someone would be there to fix, called hours later and they didnt know when theyd get to itfine tell me in the beginning! Outside step lighting is poor, I fell down two steps into the railing because automatic solar light didnt come on. I bruised and hurt both kneestheir response was well see if anyone else reported this!! What?! Thanks for your concern and attention to detailI had a family member witness thismy knees dont care if others fell or not!! House is nice, but management company is poor!!
