  : The personnel was EXTREMELY friendly, attentive and professional, especially the technician who came on the dot as soon as we requested something! The food (lunch and dinner) was excellent - it turned out it was all-inclusive, which I was not aware of - very tasty. Although there was no croissants, etc. there was plenty of cold meat (which I don't eat), eggs, yogurt, pancakes, etc. Beachfront hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel after 10 PM the staff had kept a dish for both of us (with kofteh, potatoes, sausages with eggplant and pepper, rice) :-)
  : The hotel doesn't rate as a 4* hotel. We had to make our own beds (!): we had to fix ourselves the top bedsheet which was folded on the bed, and it was not large enough to cover the width of the bed! We had to request an extra duvet. We requested for twin beds rather than a double bed and we ended-up with a double-bed and a very uncomfortable low metal bed (in fact like a bench turned into a bed to which they added another bed so there was a gap in between the two beds). The WiFi was seldom working. There was a gap between the bathtub and the glass-door so each time you took your shower water would leak on the floor and the handle couldn't be fixed high enough to take a shower without keeping it in our hands. The sink was splashing everywhere. One could not have a cup of tea/coffee with our lunch or dinner, for that you needed to go to the beach bar. In the morning there was no choice of Danish pastries. There was no restaurant but rather a canteen. It would be a good idea to indicate on small cardboards the content of the dishes, instead, the 'matre d'htel' poor one had to give all the explanations. Clients were hanging their clothes on the balcony rail (my friend was convinced the hotel had been turned into an accommodation for Ukrainian refugees but the young receptionist thought there was nothing wrong with this and told us she saw this in other hotels) - you can imagine the sight as you walk towards the swimming-pool from the entrance?!

  : - Pool bar (lack of many ingredients, used substitutes for alcohols and beverages, drinks almost identical and served without proportion)

  : -The standard of the rooms. -Location just next to the beach -Food was extremely good (beside breakfasts) Everyday the meals for lunch and dinner was different, the buffet was rich in seafood which we did enjoy
  : -The beach does not belong to the hotel so you need to pay if you want to get the sunbeds (ofc you don't need to)

  : First of all THE PICTURES FROM HERE ARE NOT REAL, I think they are from the project plan or something. The hotel is not 4 star is more likely 2 stars. Wasn't diversity on food. The activities from pool was for polish people more(they didn't know english). Wasn't enough sunbeds. To expensive for what they offer.

  : nice room. quite large and very clean. pleasant staff
  : small pool. sun loungers in short supply.. position meant half the pool was in shade for some of the day. on the beach but with no hotel area so sun loungers had to be paid for. very Eastern European orientated. the only bar was the pool bar. kids disco lasted until around 9pm and was next to tts bar so very loud and conflicted with bar music. gin and tonic on the bar menu but there was no tonic. drinks served in disposable plastic cups. food ok but just ok. great write ups on Tripadvisor but these were in English and given that there were very few English guests and given our experience of the hotel, I would question the validity of them. we were booked in for 2 nights (staying in a different resort for 2 weeks but decided to experience Tsalivi whilst we were here). we left before breakfast on day 2 so only lasted 1 night.

  : Nice location, near the sea, all the rooms have sea view.there are larger rooms and smaller rooms. we had the chance having a big roomswifi is ok, not wow neither bad. food was excellent. Everyday a large variety of food and desserts. The personal is great, if you have any problems they find a solution to solve it. we arrieved and 8:30 in the morning and they let us to have the checkin.
  : Everyday we had cleaning in our room but some day the sheets were dirty and also the towels. They need a change at this chapter.Bad smell from the sink.

  : Location was the only positive thing of this hotel, which you dont really need to stay in Strofades for that as the area of Tsilivi has many decent hotels in a very walkable distance.
  : We reached late night and the staff wasnt really welcomingNo phone in the roomNo kettle or glasses or cups in the roomNo towels in the room I had to go to the reception to ask for them, the receptionist brought me the towels but they were disgustingly stained. I asked him if he has clean ones, his answer was why? Whats wrong with them. I showed him that they are dirty- stained and his answer was its k no it our fault, the laundry didnt cleaned them properly. I found the answer super unprofessional.Safe box in the room has extra charge 12 x week or if you are staying less its than a week goes 3 x day! Shower was disgustingly dirty, with black mold all around, insects walking.Toilet bowl was dirtybathroom emergency pull-string was full of black mold Humidity all around the walls in the room Spider net all around the doors in the hotel and in the roomPictures of the hotel in the internet do not reflect reality Last but not the least housekeeping staff will wake you up at 8:30 AM, it doesnt matter if you are on holiday they will break into your room. The hotel staff (housekeeping or other staff) they will literally knock the door and not wait even a second for you to open the door they literally BREAK IN your room as it happened to us, while I was naked.Food selection & quality was very average. I definitely DONT recommend this MOTEL to anyone. Thank God we found a real Hotel in the same area to spend our last couple of days. I have many more horrible pictures of this hotel to share but unfortunately I can upload only 4.

  : The staff were very friendly and helpful. That is all.
  : The hotel location is great however, there is no way this is a four star hotel. My main gripe is the food and drink. Both were unacceptable. We opted for all inclusive and were unable to enjoy any meals in the hotel and had to go out for all of our meals with our children. The rooms need updating, our sink was leaking for four days and flooding the Bathroom. Everything is very basic. Overall it was very disappointing and I left wondering why booking.com would have this as a recommended hotel. I certainly won't be returning.
