  : Owners Marie and Scott were friendly and asked if we needed anything. Location is close about 10+ miles to entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park. Many bedrooms with many beds can accommodate large group of people.
  : Facility photos showed nicer on Booking.com than actual...Interior was aged...ie. carpets, living room furniture, floors creaked, basement rooms were dark and stairs leading to basement were crooked. Screen windows in some bedrooms were not sealed and there were crawling and flying bugs.

  : The beds and furniture were uncomfortable, no dishwasher. Location was excellent and Marie was EXCELLENT. The fee was a little high for the value, however.
