: Jelena was very respectful. She helped us. The price-quality ratio was good. Parking is free somewhere outside the historic center.
: I had the misfortune that during my stay the narrow street leading to the room was paved. The workers made us go around. We didn't like the feeling of being on the construction site. The room is somewhere up and you have to go up some narrow stairs. The bed is very soft. The soft mattress caused my back pain. Maybe I'm subjective - I like the mattress to be firmer

: Hotel quality room, bathroom was very nice and modern. Same goes for sound isolation which was rather good. Clean and a great location in the middle of the old town.

: We booked 2 double rooms with balcony for ourselves and another couple. Details suggested each double room had a balcony which wasnt the case. One balcony was shared between 2 double rooms. This would have been ok if our 2 rooms were on the same floor, (although there were only 2 chairs on the balcony) but we had one room on 1st floor and 1 room on attic floor which was little disappointing.
