  : We booked a 3-person room for 5-day, 4-night stay at Penzin Ingrid in Slovakia with great enthusiasm as the pictures provided by the owner are beautifully taken.Regrettably, I must express my dissatisfaction and concern about the experience during my stay at this property. The lady owner's behavior and attitude were extremely unpleasant and unprofessional throughout our interactions. Despite seeking basic information about the amenities provided, especially concerning the breakfast buffet, she consistently responded rudely, repeatedly emphasizing that this was a guest house and not a hotel.Furthermore, we encountered a maintenance issue with the shower drain being clogged. When we brought this to the owner's attention, her response was not only unwelcoming but also mentioned additional charges, emphasizing once again that this was a guest house. Her demeanor made us uncomfortable and apprehensive about the safety and quality of our stay.Given the uncomfortable and unsafe environment we experienced, we no longer feel secure staying at Penzin Ingrid. Consequently, we've had to find alternative accommodations for the remainder of our stay.We checked out the next morning after a buffet breakfast (set up on a make shift table) as we were asked to pay in advance Euro 30 for 3 of us. The latte is not included and were chargable at Euro 2 for a cup. The pool table is also chargable at Euro 5 per hour. Everything is chargable. When we told her that we are shortening the stay and the only comments she gave was : YOU LOST EURO. Indeed, we have lost Euro 330 at Penzin Ingrid.
