Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : The location of the place. The view was one of the best in townsend. Had a family of bears living on the property. It was private. Very quiet.
  : The hot tub didn't work. I was not notified that it didn't work beforehand. It wasn't a fluke being that it didn't have water in it. The ceiling fan didn't look like it had been cleaned in a year. I will not be a repeat customer in the future.

  : The door lock is broken. You could push the door open without putting in the key code.. so our door was never locked. The hot tub never heated higher than 82degrees. Never got to use the hot tub. The living room TV was difficult to figure out. Never figured it out. Bed room TV only has 1 channel

  : the location was about the only thing. besides the fast refund we received.
  : We just arrived to our cabin and the sheets have not been changed. There are dirty Towels in the bathroom. beds had been slept in and no clean sheets. There are pizza boxes on the kitchen table. The door was wide open when we arrived with the lights on. The hot tub is completely empty with no water. The place is filthy. I have a two year old daughter and don't even want her to walk on the floor without shoes. to top it off the door lock was completely broke. filthy place. sad because if they took the time to clean it up it would be a great place.

  : The view and the overall size of the cabin were nice.
  : They advertised and charged for a Jacuzzi tub, but it waa out of order. Looked like the last time it was used was in the 90s. The carpet was stained and dirty. The couch smelled like urine. When we first arrived there was no power in either bedroom. It ended up just being a breaker. Way too expensive for it being the off season. Other cabins near by were much cheaper.

  : wasnt clean. hot tub didnt work. my 2 year old found a scale for drugs in the couch. with a powder on it. along with a pill capsule in the floor. steps goin into the cabin was broken
