  : I would suggest that the booking.com reviews are not accurate regarding this property. This place was the most disappointing accommodation of my trip! l arrived at the hotel around 7.30 pm after another long day of travelling and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful checking me in. l quickly dropped my bag in the room and went downstairs for something to eat. When I retired to my room and unpacked l realized that overhead shower was not working and had to use the hand held shower which was most unsatisfactory. The room was tiny and very poorly lit with several lights not working. No USB port to charge your phone and a lack of power points meant that l had to unplug the bedside light to charge the phone overnight. The room was tiny and I doubt that 2 people could stay in it along with their luggage successfully. The walls were badly marked, scuffed and dirty with the windows blinds broken. The room was noisy due the central AC ducting emitting a constant whine throughout the night. Breakfast was provided in the cellar where you needed a miners lamp to see around in there. The coffee machine was only working intermittently, The hotel has a beautiful dining room on the first floor with daylight and direct views into to the street so it perplexes me as to why breakfast needed to be down in the dungeon? This hotel need to commence a serious maintenance schedule if they are to stay in business. In addition the management need to move breakfast into the ground floor dining room.

  : Location very good, ground floor was very beautiful
  : Hotel has a very nice a la cart restaurant, but breakfast was served underground in a room without windows. Room is to bed organized, I knew it is on a small side, but design and furniture choice can be improved. Bathroom was also small, but could be improved in accessories choice. There were no single tiny shell to put your mascara!!! Not talking about full cosmetic set of a family. Staff doesn't have uniform, it was hard to tell who is the guest and who works there. Not vegan friendly at all. I was not aware that to clean my room I need to pay extra. Very unfriendly receptionist.
