  : The address was incorrect; the published address took us to the wrong set of condos, by about 300 feet. As well, the condo number was not prominently displayed on the reservation materials. We spent about 15 minutes looking at the wrong address and not knowing which condo we were looking for. I called the help desk and got a recorded message; the response was about an hour later. We had figured it out by then after closely examining the reservation materials. Please make the condo number more prominent in the reservation materials.

  : Main bedroom upstairs needs some TLC. Both the door to the bedroom and the bathroom were unable to close due to alignment or other issues. I suggest both doors be removed and planed in order to close as expected.
