  : The ac unit was disgusting and open for some reason. We booked through the hotels website but found a better price on booking.com, so we cancelled on the hotel website. When we arrived, they still had both rooms booked (even though we had two emails confirming our cancellation). Apparently the website that looks very much like the hotels website is actually a third party site that gives no refunds for cancellations. The front desk attendant couldnt help us. Shortly after we arrived, a party arrived that had booked a room, but the hotel didnt show anything booked for them and they were fully booked that night. Knowing we had a room that we didnt need, youd think the front desk would work an easy solution. Nope! Later, another party arrived and had booking issues. Its a fantastic location, but it didnt have much else going for it.
