  : Clean room, good location. Rustic setting was fun.
  : Flood lights from parking lot and outside porch of room were ridiculous. Could not block them out with window shades overnight so room never gets dark. Disturbed what could have been a relaxing country setting.

  : Beds were shorter than standard in our room. Light fixtures out of the room was very bright and on all night. Shades don’t block the light.

  : Was supposed to be a king bed, ended up being 2 double beds, no blow dryer and then tried to call and then texted stating that they were closed and they didn’t know how I even got a reservation but they would leave a key.

  : The location was great for a Catskills hiking trip. The town of Tannersville is small but still boasts a few good places to eat. The room was fine and had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and sufficient room. It is a great value as it is reasonably priced. The folks running the facility were very pleasant. Selena's diner up the road is a great place to eat.
  : The hotel and some of the facilities are a bit outdated but it does appear they are fixing/improving things. The dog on the balcony was whining constantly which was probably the only annoying thing we noticed.
